As a professional independent firm, we have been providing specialist tax and advocacy services to our clients since 2002.  We are based in Wellington, New Zealand and advise clients throughout New Zealand and internationally.

Your tax and related issues are personally managed by Jeff Owens with the support of a select group of senior specialist advisors who all have in-depth knowledge of New Zealand tax and a working knowledge of international tax regimes and principles.

Principal - Jeff Owens

Jeff is a Chartered Accountant, and holds a Public Practice Certificate with the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is also a member of CPA Australia. With over 20 years in tax and business advisory roles, largely at senior levels, Jeff has extensive experience in interpreting and influencing tax policy, as well as applying it in practice. Jeff is well known through his various public presentations, published articles, and media comment.

He is also known from his previous position as the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants’ Tax Director (1994 - 2002). There he led a team representing members’ and the public interest in achieving major beneficial changes to the New Zealand tax system.

A culmination of Jeff’s experience is the effective networks with Inland Revenue’s offices around New Zealand, senior officials in Inland Revenue and other government agencies, Members of Parliament and many other business associates.
