You have worked hard to try to get IRD to be reasonable and have had some great successes. The new rules for transferring tax credits have just been enacted. What a contrast with the department’s first attempt to ram through its ED 14!

Your tax efforts were a beacon as far as tangible support being provided to small practitioners by the institute is concerned.
